In my practice, I focus on optimizing foundational areas of life such as nutrition, physical activity, sleep, mindfulness, and psychotherapy before considering pharmacological interventions. Every person’s needs and preferences are unique, and my goal is to partner with you to create a treatment plan that feels empowering, collaborative, and effective. When you are fully involved and confident in your treatment, the process becomes more meaningful and successful.

I had an incredible experience with Eric Lao from the very first appointment, he made me feel heard, respected and supported n our interaction, I can tell he truly care and I can feel his compassion and professionalism I noticed a real improvement since I started with him and I am so grateful to found such an amazing, dedicated and knowledgeable provider!
