New chairs are needed in the front office. They sink.
First off, the two women that work the front office are absolutely amazing. They keep their promises and are true to their word. I was surprised how much they cared and how well they followed through with what they said. As for the psychiatrist, Mr Martinez is extremely compassionate and of genuine listener. I've had a number of psychiatrists before; he is the first one that I got the genuine feeling that he cared and that means a lot. Highly recommend to anybody meeting a great psychiatrist. From the front office to the doctor himself these are great people that are willing to help. 10 out of 10!

All my visits have been great. NP Martinez sets up a great environment where collaboration is welcomed and explains all possible treatment routes but leaves the final decision to me so I leave with a plan we are both comfortable with.

Unfortunately, when I arrived to my appointment, the lady at the front desk was having a video call with a patient, not only did my 15 min lead time was spent waiting but I could see and hear the other patient, an appalling privacy concern.
Eric was compassionate, patient, and listened to what was going on with me. He validated my experience and was able to thoughtfully explain what was happened in a way I understood. He then made a thoughtful plan to get my medication back on track.
Every thing was fine.
My first visit with Eric Martinez went well, felt very comfortable. He's professional, and a good listener. I plan on seeing him again in a month, I would highly recommend him.
