He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Rhode Island in Kingston, and earned his Podiatric Medical degree in 2007 from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Following completion of a rigorous residency at Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island, Dr. Meehan is well trained in the diagnosis and treatment of both routine and complex foot and ankle issues. Dr. Meehan’s love of athletics, and running in particular, led him to the world of podiatry following his own podiatric injuries. Podiatric treatments and surgery have allowed him to continue to do what he loves, and he hopes to bring this same experience to his patients. Outside of the office, Dr. Meehan enjoys spending time with his wife and children, entertaining family and friends, and enjoying the outdoors.
