I filled out all of the appropriate paperwork online prior to my visit, joined the waiting rook for my teledoc visit at about 858, for the 9:00 am appointment. I sat on my phone waiting until 10 15 am and was never seen. I called the office over ten times over a period of an hour, and never got through to anyone. Left a voice mail, and still haven't been reached out to. Very concerning considering I was trying to get medications that I need daily refilled and will now be out after tomorrow.
