Force you to put a credit card on file or they will not see you - also i had to remind the office days later to send my prescription to the pharmacy. After they finally sent it the pharmacy couldnt fillit bc they didnt provide the correct information. Long story short waste of my time since they neglected to help me get my prescription and i was forced to go to a different dermatologist.

It was good. However, they did not have my booked appointment? Zocdoc probably did not confirm with them?

Dr. Schweiger is an excellent dermatologist who has always been very patient and attentive with me. He takes his time to listen to me and my concerns. I've been going to different offices in the practice for a variety of thingsfor a while now and always recommend them to my friends and family. It is easy to get an appointment and they have locations everywhere that is convenient for everyone.

He kept trying to collect for the amount that the he's not entitled to under the insurance plan - eventually the insurance company had to to issue a formal official letter to him to tell him to stop doing that illegal billing practice.

The procedure I had, CoolSculpting, didn't produce any results. When I pointed out I hadn't seen any real improvement and wanted to compare my after and before pictures, the office responded they had lost my before pictures due to technical issues with the camera the day they were taken.

NEGATIVE experience with Dr. Schweiger re: botox injections. I went back three additional times for corrections only to still have drooping eyelids and other side effects and the manager offered me a free visit AFTER this botched botox experiencewears off!! so until then I'll look and feel awful. Next time I will be sure to go to a skilled professional for this kind of treatment. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone. Thank you.

I was not particularly impressed. I felt it was more about selling treatments than actually looking after a patient's needs. Then again he only spent about 5 minutes with me.

Everyone was incredibly warm and professional when I came in for a consult AND when I came in for treatment. Dr Shweiger gave great advice, and after my treatment, I saw significant improvement.

Dr. Schweiger seems to care mostly about performing cosmetic procedures and not about explaining things to patients. His bedside manner could use improvement.

Staff and environment was energetic. Waits can sometimes take a bit. But Schweiger listens and treats well. The office decor is also comparatively nicer than most doc offices, which is reassuring but expected of skin care professionals.

I've visited twice for my acne issues that I got suddenly. I was very frustrated because I didn't know how to take care of it and it was spreading like wildfire leaving scars all over my face. When I visited himfor the first time, I felt like he was nice but very impersonal to my issues. He quickly prescribed some medication without listening to issues I was having and rushed out of the room. I didn't know how to properly use the topical creme that my acne got worse and my whole face turned red and blotchy. The medication wasn't really working either. So in the next visit, I prepared a list of questions so I can be efficient with time so I don't steal much of his time. He seemed patient in the beginning but soon he got up trying to wrap up the appointment. I understand that he is a very demanded and busy doctor, but I didn't get enough attention and he just wanted to get the job done quickly. I do not recommend him.

Dr Schweiger was very courteous and helpful, and was able to provide help, but was disappointed to find that a product I was sold at the practice was just a private branded version of a cream available at drugstores, but significantly marked up.

The biggest waste of money I ever had, and God knows how little I have it. It was something really important to me, and he came there, didn't even look at my face properly, and sent me some ignorant intern orwhatever she was. Awful experience and I couldn't regret it more! Such a disappointment!

I was called into the exam room seconds after checking in with the front desk. I discussed the reason for my visit with a receptionist and then with the physician assistant. Next, the physician assistant consulted with Dr. Schweiger and thenthey both presented me with a treatment plan. Although I spent only about 3 minutes with him, I feel I received good service. He has a good staff and they work well as a team.

Friendly atmosphere. Though I was seen by three people (medical assistant, physician's assistant, personal assistant) before the doctor saw me. I thought that was a lot of people to see before the doctor dropped by. It also wasn't too busy,so it was interesting. Other than that, Dr. Schweiger was fantastic for the brief time that I saw him. He and his staff members were responsive and friendly to my concerns.

All was very good except that most of the visit was with the physician's assistant and very little time with the actual doctor. The physician's assistant was very good so my rating is really for her. The only negative is thatshe was very short so I had to lie down on an uncomfortable chair and flip over at one point instead of just standing during the exam (which is how it worked with the doctor). I would get the physician's assitant a step stool rather than make patient's contort on an uncomfortable chair.

Wrong choice to go to him. My decision was based on his ratings. Now I know that I can no long count on the website reviews. Some of the reviews I do believe were from actual patients. However, some others were from his staff, friends and/or related parties.
