What should a new client know about working with you?

I utilize a cognitive behavioral therapy approach, through which clients better understand why they think and act in certain ways. I also use a humanistic approach, ensuring my clients feel unconditional empathy from me at all times. My clients establish rapport with me easily, and they feel that they are in a safe environment.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I always start my sessions working to understand my clients' perspectives. When working with couples, I guide them to better understanding and validating each other. When working with individuals, I help them better understand and empathize with themselves, paving the way for their progress.
