About Erica Booz

Erica's interest in nutrition began in her teens while struggling with an eating disorder. After a successful recovery, Erica made it her mission to help others heal their relationship with food. She earned her Bachelor's in Nutrition and Dietetics from West Chester University and, despite juggling years of school and family responsibilities, finally achieved her goal of becoming a Registered Dietitian in 2020 (yes, during COVID!). Starting her internship at the height of the pandemic, Erica was drawn to the weight management and bariatric clinic during her rotations and fell in love with the work. Working with a variety of patients from diverse backgrounds and cultures, Erica strives to be an empathetic listener and understands that all patients have a different journey that led to their nutrition and health concerns. She is committed to making her clients feel heard and will work with you every step of the way to help you achieve long-term success. A license is not required for this provider to see patients. This provider holds a Registered Dietitian certification with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
