The dr. Never showed up for my appt. I waited for an hour and called three times with no response. If there was an issue with insurance a simple message or any type of communication could have been nice so I didn’t waste my time..

I tried 3X to book an appointment each time I was left hanging. The first appointment, never answered her phone, called 4x. The second attempt, I recieved a call from someone else apologizing for missing the appointment and wanted reschedule. I rescheduled for the same day at 1pm. NOTHING! Never answered her phone. The NEXT day, she called to say she answered the phone for our appointment scheduled at 1pm but there was an tech issue. So, we rescheduled for Monday at 1000am for an in-person session. I drove to the address provided, only to drive up to a Wing Stop. I called twice and left messages. She ignored both of my calls. Over it! I'm just looking for someone that can help me. I thought she was the right person based off our first appointment we had in July, she came off as if she really cared.

Erica was kind, but very disorganized. She showed up 20 minutes late to our appointment, was on her phone, lost connection several times, and complained about her computer not working and being sick in the hospital - the latter of which is understandable, but felt more like an attempt at placating. Perhaps there's just a lot on her plate right now, but I won't be continuing to see her.

Terrible booking process. Front desk assistant answered all calls, but the booking time I had initially scheduled was pushed repeatedly within the same day. Ultimately, I was told that I could try to reschedule for the next day. As a working professional, having my time wasted when I was desperate to be seen felt disheartening. It is already hard enough to get time off, schedule an appointment, and show up- but to then be met with lack of professionalism, tech difficulties on the psych’s end, and a “well string you along for the whole day” reschedule…
It’s just too much. Happy to try and find another provider.

Erica truly understands and cares for her patients well being and just them in general. Honestly can say I have never been happier and she helped me find meds to help me get to that point. As someone who has seen multiple psychiatrist and NP's I can saw she truly is the best by far.
