I’m a board-certified PMHNP-BC who works with children through older adults. I’ve spent 9 years supporting individuals in psychiatric and group home settings. I treat depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, dementia, schizophrenia, and ADHD. My style is warm, human, and sprinkled with humor to make the process feel lighter. My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and confident in your healing journey.
Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy reading transformative and scriptural books, staying active through running and simple calisthenics, listening to music, and spending time with my children, whose curiosity and resilience continually inspire me. These interests help me stay grounded and bring a balanced, human perspective to the care I provide.

Sunday was very professional and attentive to everything I had to say. He listened with patience and the intent to understand and find the root cause to my problems. He never made me feel rushed throughout our appointment.
He asked questions that helped me think deeper and analyze situations from every angle.
I can tell he genuinely loves what he does and cares about his patients first and foremost.
