I’d like to share my experience. To be honest, our first interaction didn’t go very smoothly, and I initially had some doubts. However, as we continued working together, my opinion completely changed.
Erika proved to be highly competent and professional. She listens carefully, truly pays attention to details, and makes sure you feel heard and understood. That made a big difference for me and built a strong sense of trust.
I would also like to mention that the office is very clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Overall, I am very satisfied with this clinic and would definitely recommend it to others.

The doctor conducted the evaluation through a conversation from about four feet away. No one closely examined my face.
A treatment was prescribed, but it did not help at all. After two days, my condition became significantly worse. I called the office. I only received a call in the evening from an assistant who said that everything was going according to plan.
In the end, my face looked terrible, and I decided to change doctors.

An amazing and productive visit! Erica Colton genuinely listened to my concerns (I didn’t feel rushed at all), took extra time to make sure my skincare plan and medications actually made sense, and had a wonderful bedside manner (very pleasant and easy to talk to).
