I feel bad writing a slightly negative review because I’ve had good experiences at this office for years with other doctors. But I thought Dr. Dommasch was a little unfriendly and rude. And the nurse was even more so honestly.
Right away I could tell the nurse was unfriendly, and when she was asking me for my medical history, she was snippy and rolling her eyes. I get everyone has a bad day, but when she was going through my medical history, it felt like she was annoyed by how many medicines I take. Or like it was an inconvenience for her to confirm.
Then when she walked in with the doctor, I saw her make a face, rolling her eyes. The doctor was basically like “what are you here for”? Every few words, definitely seemed like she didn’t look at the records. And she kept on saying wow you have a lot of medicines and a lot of things you’re here for. Like yeah, that’s why I come to the dermatologist. Sorry for bringing my business here.
I left feeling pretty hurt by both interactions.

Poor bedside manner - I felt like Dr Dommasch did not want to properly examine me - I had to insist and keep asking questions. It felt like the reason for my visit was beneath her and not something she wanted to deal with. I wouldn't recommend for medical visits. I had to seek out another provider a week later - was a much better choice!

Loved this office, very cute and clean. Visit was very enjoyable. I was seen right away and all of my issues we addressed. Definitely recommend
