About Erica Jones

Erica's mission with nutrition has always been to help individuals and families heal their relationships with food. Whether you are suffering from an eating disorder, or you have been recently diagnosed with a disease that forces you to adjust your eating, or you just want to feel healthier, Erica is determined to stand in your corner and assist you with your goals. She has experience working in an eating disorder clinic serving clients in a residential, PHP, IOP, and OP setting, as well as working in a hospital where she gained experience in the Medical Psychiatric Unit, the Intensive Care Unit, and the Outpatient Nutrition Clinic. Throughout her experience, she has always been determined to advocate for her patients and clients and to meet them where they are so they can feel like their goals are achievable. Erica understands that everyone has a different experience with food, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach. She strives to maintain an upbeat, patient, and inclusive approach in her sessions and will always be pleasantly straightforward with you. Erica graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from California State University, Chico, and a Master of Science from the University of New Hampshire. In her spare time, Erica enjoys hiking with her energetic husky, reading, trying new foods, and traveling with her family.
