Clients can expect to take away several meaningful insights and tools from our sessions together including, cultural connection, holistic coping strategies, emotional resilience, enhanced relationships, personal growth and empowerment. Ultimately, my goal is for you to leave each session feeling heard, supported, and more equipped to navigate life’s challenges. Together, we will honor your journey and cultivate a path toward healing and empowerment.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach to therapy is integrative and client-centered. I’m committed to integrating cultural and contextual factors that impact mental health. I believe in fostering a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust and empathy, creating a safe and sacred space where clients feel comfortable exploring thoughts and emotions. I prioritize collaboration, encouraging clients to actively participate in setting goals and defining your own healing process.
