I offer a welcoming and supportive space during treatment that values the authenticity of each individual. I encourage my clients to focus on progress rather than perfection as they move toward an improved sense of well-being.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My care is based on the premise that patients respond best to a combination of supportive therapy, lifestyle modifications, and medication. I place special emphasis on integrating a holistic approach with careful and limited use of medication, prescribing it only when necessary.

We accept the following Commercial insurance plans in the state of Colorado: Aetna, Anthem BCBS, Carelon, Cigna, Oscar (Optum), Oxford (Optum), United Healthcare We accept the following Commercial plans in the state of NH: Aetna, Anthem BCBS, Carelon, Cigna, Oscar (Optum), Oxford (Optum), United Healthcare, Quest CO/NH patients- please allow time for insurance verification/ eligibility ( 48 business hours). Please do not schedule for same day appointments if you are using insurance. We do not service Medicaid at this time. We operate as a Self Pay practice for the state of Delaware and we are not in network with any insurance plans. New patient appointments are $250 for 60-90 minutes. Follow up appointments are $125 for 30 minutes. If you have a PPO plan and Out of Network Benefits, we are happy to assist with the process of submitting a superbill to your insurance for some reimbursement for services. Many health insurance plans reimburse 50%-80% of session fees with out of network providers. We can review this process and further discuss during your new patient appointment. We do not make any guarantees of reimbursement. We do not service Medicaid/State insurance plans at this time. Late Cancellation/No show fee $75
