Welcome and nice to meet you! I'm Ericka, a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I'm trained in adult and geriatric primary care and psychiatry. I'm passionate about actively listening and creating a treatment plan to address your whole self which includes your mind, body, and spirit. My personalized approach targets your needs and expected goals and allows you to receive comprehensive mental health care from your home.
I believe in a holistic approach and patient-centered. My treatment of care is individualized and my approach to treatment is therapeutic techniques first and if deemed necessary we will navigate an evidence-based medication management to ensure a thorough level of care.
With the use of a telepsychiatry platform, we'll develop a treatment plan and you'll gain tools for coping and feel empowered to lead your mental health path. My purpose is for you to feel heard and understood. My goal is for you to gain clarity in your mental health and have personalized strategies to live your best life.
