Getting to know Dr. Erika Bales

I earned my Doctorate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I am passionate about conducting thorough assessments and providing accurate diagnoses. Every patient is unique, which is why I take a holistic approach, considering all aspects of your physical and mental health to create a treatment plan tailored specifically to you. My goal is to collaborate with you in a compassionate, nonjudgmental way to help you achieve symptom relief. I treat teen and adult patients for conditions including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, eating disorders, sleep issues, postpartum challenges, schizophrenia, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, and many more. My services include comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and therapy sessions. I am currently accepting new patients in Oregon, Washington, Tennessee, and Iowa via telehealth only and would love the opportunity to be your mental health provider. I am committed to working with your schedule, offering appointments Monday through Friday with availability on weekends. When I am not seeing patients, I enjoy spending time with my friends, family, and three dogs. I also love traveling, discovering new restaurants, and relaxing on the lake.

I booked two appointments with her and she didn’t show up for either one. I even called and left a message asking for the intake paperwork to be sure I had it filled out in time. Not sure what happened because she didn’t show up or respond to message. The second appointment I even booked through her website.
