Erika received her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of New Hampshire and her Master of Science in Exercise Physiology and Sports Nutrition from Florida State University. At FSU, she also completed her Dietetic Internship, spending time learning at an eating disorder center, with a collegiate athletics program, and at a local hospital during the height of COVID. Erika is a compassionate, empathetic provider who loves getting to know her clients as people first so she can work with them to achieve their goals better. While performance nutrition is her specialty, she has a well-rounded background and can help with numerous concerns such as weight management, disordered eating, intuitive eating, or general health and wellness.
