“The staff were exceptional with the service they were supposed to provide. The only concern I have was Privacy of Information. The waiting area was filled with about 10 people , wherein the conversations exchanged in the intake area/ registration area can be heard by the people in the waiting area. Informations like full name, birthdate, complete address and phone number which definitely poses possibility of stealing this very sensitive informations. This has to be addressed in my opinion.”
