My telehealth visit with the nurse practitioner was amazing. From the moment the call started, she was extremely professional and made me feel completely comfortable. She took her time listening to everything I had to say and never made me feel rushed. Her tone was warm, patient, and reassuring, which really helped ease my nerves. She explained every step clearly, broke things down in a way I could understand, and made sure I felt confident about my treatment plan. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and loves what she does. She asked all the right questions, showed genuine concern, and made the whole experience feel personal instead of just another appointment. Honestly, this was one of the best telehealth experiences I’ve ever had. I appreciated her kindness, her professionalism, and how she made me feel seen and supported. The visit was short and sweet, she covered all that she needed to help me with my upper respiratory issues. It was quick and easy! Erica is very friendly and knowledgeable, will be using her again! Iwould highly recommend 10/10!

My visit with Erika Navarro went amazing. She explained to me in great detail what her plan is. She made sure that I understood all of her instructions. She even went above and beyond to make sure the pharmacy got my medication. Will definitely book with her again.
