Welcome! I'm Erika Notice, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC. I am a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with more than seven years of experience in psychiatry, family medicine, neurology, women's health, pediatrics, telehealth, and correctional healthcare. My diverse background allows me to provide comprehensive, evidence-based mental health care for the whole person.
I provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and ongoing treatment for school-age children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, panic disorder, mood disorders, and other behavioral and emotional concerns. I also have a special interest in supporting professionals, first responders, women navigating life transitions, and individuals experiencing chronic stress or burnout.
I believe you're more than a diagnosis. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and personalized. Together, we'll develop an evidence-based treatment plan tailored to your needs. While medication may be an important part of treatment, I also emphasize education, practical coping skills, healthy lifestyle habits, and empowering you to take an active role in your mental wellness.
During your first visit, we'll discuss your concerns, review your medical and mental health history, explore your symptoms, and identify your goals in a welcoming, respectful, and judgment-free environment.
