If you're in the market for a doctor who cares and spends the extra minute listening and validating your experiences, while also providing great care and direction with all your questions (and referrals if needed), I would highly recommend Erika. The patient room itself had air conditioning which I REALLY appreciated as it can sometimes get stuffy in those rooms. Additionally, my blood was able to be taken directly in the office during our appt. which was extremely convenient! I found her on ZocDoc, and there is a reason she has 5 stars! If you can book, do it! ”

During my appointment with Dr. Wickstrom, I truly felt like I was being heard. She gave me advice for each issue I brought to her, and was happy to give me any needed referrals. I also felt that she was great at explaining things to me (as opposed to using unfamiliar medical jargon). She is also quick to respond to messages if you have any questions.

I am so happy to have found Dr Wickstrom! She was communicative, a great listener, and so friendly and welcoming. Having had bad dr experiences prior, it was great to have a visit and experience where I felt my doctor didn't dismiss my concerns, and she validated what I was communicating. Cannot recommend her enough.

My experience was great! Upon arrival I was greeted by friendly staff members and had a big welcome by Dr. Wickstrom. She is tentative in providing all the explanations to me regarding available services I might need. Dr. Wickstrom gave me referrals to specialists I wish to see in the future. I was able to have my annual exam done in 30mins and it was a very straight forward and fast process. Highly recommend!

I haven’t been to the doctor in over 10 years because of unfortunate malpractice with doctors in the past, and this was a breath of fresh air!!
