Hi, I’m Erin! I’m a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist who helps people overcome their struggles with eating disorders, disordered eating, body image, eating intuitively, and managing complex chronic conditions (including Long COVID and associated conditions such as dysautonomia/POTS and mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS). I believe in listening to your unique story and working alongside you to help you meet your goals. My counseling style is respectful, empathetic, and honest. I integrate evidence-based nutrition science with therapeutic techniques to support clients.
