About Erin Dwyer

Erin Dwyer, MSN, FNP-C is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She attended the University of St. Francis, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2006. She worked as a registered nurse in the operating room for 10 years before earning her Master of Science in Nursing from Concordia University of Wisconsin.
Erin joined Unio Specialty Care in 2016 and works closely with a team of five Urologists at the Hillcrest location.
Erin is committed to patient care and values a patient centered approach. She aims to ensure that each patient is heard and respected.
Erin obtained her national certification as a Urologic Nurse Practitioner. She is a member of the California Association of Nurse Practitioners, the Society of Urologic Nurses and Associates, and San Diego Urological Society.
Erin is originally from the southwest suburbs of Chicago. She is an avid fan of the Chicago Cubs and Notre Dame Fighting Irish. She loves the San Diego sunshine and enjoys hiking and exploring the beautiful beaches.
