What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with clients who may be experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, poor self esteem and confidence related to past events, their family of origin, trauma or who have ADHD. During our initial visits we will complete a history and begin to work collaboratively to develop a plan that helps you get back to your life in a short period of time. Most people experience improvement immediately.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work closely with clients to address their alleviate symptoms, and improve their overall quality of life. In addition, I may collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as therapists, social workers, and physicians, to ensure integrated and safe care. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, and PMHNP, my goal is to empower clients to manage their mental health effectively, regain stability, and work towards their personal goals and aspirations. I believe when we work together utilizing medications, talk therapy or both, I can help you return to living the healthy and active life you are longing for.
