I received my advanced degree from Seattle University and my BS in psychology from Whitman College. I assess and treat various disorders, including depression, anxiety, bipolar spectrum disorders, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, OCD, and behavioral disorders. I believe in personalized treatment goals that fit the individual's needs, and I welcome collaboration from parents, teachers, primary care providers, and counselors. My goal is to be supportive and enable positive changes in people's lives. With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, focusing on child and adolescent mental health. I have a deep love for Seattle and enjoy playing and watching sports, exploring the beautiful PNW, and bringing laughter and lightness to my work.
