I am going back at the end of the week as Erin wants to see if the cream she prescribed has helped the rash. She was extremely helpful in everything.

This was my first time seeing Erin Gillespie. I usually see another provider in the same office for my annual skin check but I developed a skin issue that needed to be addressed as soon as availability would allow.
Erin listened to my concerns, she diagnosed the issue quickly after doing a doing a full body check. She offered several suggestions to address the symptoms, including prescribing a cream and antihistamine. It was comforting the way in which she laid out the next steps if the issue didn’t resolve in a few weeks.
She recommended I follow up with her in the next month. I will certainly see Erin again.

Great office experience, I liked that they had you wait far away so you had some privacy when checking in and out. Good customer service. Was seen right away. Dr. Gillespie had great bedside manner, and despite it being awkward was obviously super casual about the examination but without making it obvious she was trying to make it not awkward. My only issue with the appointment, while more per individual experience, was that there was a student in the appointment and I hadn't consented to that. So while she's looking all over my body it was super awkward for me and made me feel pretty uncomfortable. I wish I had been given a choice to have extra people in the appointment. There was a PA which I also understand they may have been in the appointment to assist. I would however recommend this doctor on her bedside manner alone.
