Getting to know Erin Holden
My focus as a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner is providing individualized, compassionate, evidence-based care for adolescents, young adults, and the LGBTQ+ community. My background in pediatric nursing deepens my commitment to supporting young people with a warm, affirming approach, helping them navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, sleep difficulties, and other challenges. I provide medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive psychotherapy tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.
I completed a competitive Advanced Practice Provider Psychiatry Fellowship that broadened my clinical expertise through rotations in emergency, outpatient, and inpatient psychiatry, women’s health, autism, geriatric care, psychotherapy, addiction, and consult liaison psychiatry. This training enhances my ability to provide comprehensive care across diverse populations and complex presentations, always with a focus on collaboration, empowerment, and helping patients build resilience and achieve lasting mental wellness.
