About Erin Kosich
**In order to be able to spend optimal time with you to address all of your concerns, we do not accept insurance and we are a self-pay practice. All of our appointments are an hour long for a low fee of $95, payable by credit card or bank draft prior to your appointment.**
Erin holds a Bachelor's and a Master's in Nursing from Duke University and has over a decade of experience working in primary care. After working with several different models, including the traditional, insurance-based fee-for-service model, Erin found that by removing the barriers of the insurance company, she can establish lasting, meaningful relationships with her patients.
Most care at Compass Health is done through a membership-based system. For a low monthly rate (ranging from $55-100 depending on age), patients can have UNLIMITED visits with Erin. Erin specializes in obesity management, preventative primary care, and chronic disease management (diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, etc). Please schedule a free meet and greet with Erin if you'd like to learn more about the membership model.

I recently had the pleasure of being treated by NP Erin Kosich and I cannot express how grateful I am for her exceptional care. I had been choking on phlegm for several weeks, which made it scary to go to bed.
Ms. Kosich made herself available to see me same day.
During the visit, Ms. Kosich made me feel welcomed and valued as a patient. She took the time to thoroughly listen to my concerns and symptoms, and her compassionate and attentive approach immediately put me at ease. It's rate to find a healthcare provider who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely cares about their patient's well-being.
Thanks to Ms. Kosich, I am already feeling much better.

Erin is a unique blend of care provider and she offers her time and expertise with generosity and kindness. Most of us are familiar with the rushed and intensely impersonal traditional doctors office experience m. Erin strived to be different and she is! She offers all the same services most GP’s do but adds her ability to manage her time with your needs. I adore her and am so glad I found her. She is kind, quick with details, thorough and communicative. Do yourself a favor and consider the direct primary care option over the mychart mentality for a personalized care with much lower cost than you’d expect. She also can handle weight loss services and works with you on a tailored plan for your needs. Do not let the unique business model stop you from reaching out.
