At Mae Mental Wellness, my goal is to build a trusting relationship with each of my patients via telepsychiatry. I am committed to providing high-quality medication management services to enhance mental wellness. I hold a Master’s in Nursing from Western Governors University and a Post-Master's Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Maryville University, which equip me to deliver comprehensive and compassionate care.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I want every patient to feel comfortable and at ease when meeting with me! It is crucial that we work together to build an open and trusting relationship with every patient in order to reach the most effective short and long term outcomes.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

PLEASE REVIEW OUR POLICIES PRIOR TO BOOKING: I use a shared decision making model with each patient. For medication management, the goal is to have the safest, most effective, lowest dosage(s), with least amount of medication(s) as possible to help manage symptoms! If you desire to do any extended talk therapy with a medication management appointment, please let me know ahead of time, so that I can schedule you for a longer appointment. --------------------------------------- 1) We need intake information at least 48 hours before the appointment (insurance, ID, physical address, date of birth, email, telephone number) 2) Please review our controlled substances policies : BENZODIAZEPINE POLICY Providers at Mae Mental Wellness DO NOT prescribe benzodiazepines such as Xanax, Klonopin, Valium, Ativan, etc., to treat anxiety at this time as a first course of treatment. I am not able to offer couples therapy at this time.
