About Erin Mcgee
Erin McGee NP-C was raised in the central valley of California, completing her undergraduate degree at Fresno State University, and graduate degree at Sonoma State University. She spent the first 10 years of her nurse practitioning career in the emergency department, where she managed complex patients and performed a wide variety of advanced procedures. This experience later allowed for an easy transition into dermatology, where she has been since. Erin has a love for medical dermatology, specializing in skin cancer detection and treatment, and management of chronic skin conditions. She stays up to date on the most current treatment options, helping her patients to have the most optimal outcomes.
Erin has lived in the Southlake area with her husband and two children since 2013. She is extremely grateful and excited to be providing care for the community in which she resides. Aside from dermatology, Erin has a passion for helping others. In her time outside of work she utilizes her knowledge and skills to provide free medical care to the underserved population, both locally and internationally.

I was only seen by the actual doctor for like 5 mins. She didn’t ask me questions much or spend much time figuring out the issue and then just prescribed something. It felt impersonal and like I was just one of many patients, like they were getting through it as quickly as possible.

When I arrived for my appointment they could not find any of my information the manager could not locate any of my information as well. I showed them emails that stated I had an appointment and that I had uploaded all of the necessary information to prepare for my appoint and they could not help me.
