Getting to know Erin Wright

I provide patient-centered urgent care, chronic-condition management, medication management, and behavioral health support. Patients choose my practice because I prioritize accessibility, continuity, and clear communication. I take time to listen, explain treatment options, and develop personalized care plans that fit each patient’s health needs and lifestyle. My goal is to ensure that every patient feels heard, respected, and actively involved in their care. Whether you are managing an ongoing condition or need timely help with a new concern, I am committed to providing convenient, compassionate, and dependable care.

What should a new client know about working with you?

New patients can expect a collaborative, respectful, and judgment-free approach to care. I take time to understand your concerns, medical history, medications, and personal health goals before developing a practical treatment plan with you. Please complete your intake information and provide an updated medication list before your appointment so we can use our time effectively. Depending on your condition, laboratory testing, medical records, or an in-person evaluation may be necessary. Eligible established patients also have access to 24/7 secure messaging for non-emergency questions and care coordination. Messages are reviewed and answered according to practice policy; this service is not a substitute for emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process begins with a thorough conversation about your concerns, medical history, current symptoms, medications, lifestyle, and personal health goals. We then review the available options and agree on a treatment plan that is safe, realistic, and tailored to your needs. I believe patients should be active partners in their care. Successful outcomes require effort from both sides: I provide clinical guidance, education, treatment, monitoring, and ongoing support, while you provide honest communication, follow the agreed-upon plan, complete recommended testing, and keep me informed about your progress or concerns. This partnership creates a clear pathway toward meaningful, sustainable improvements in your health.

More information on payments and coverage

Wright Touch HouseCalls LLC accepts select insurance plans, as well as self-pay patients. Because participation and benefits vary by plan, patients should confirm that we are in network and verify their coverage before the appointment. Our staff can assist with eligibility verification and provide an estimate of your financial responsibility; however, verification is not a guarantee of payment by your insurance company. When insurance is used, we submit eligible claims to the plan, and patients remain responsible for applicable copayments, deductibles, coinsurance, noncovered services, and denied claims. Patient-responsibility amounts are generally collected through a secure payment method at the time of service or when the balance is determined. Transparent self-pay pricing is also available. We accept major payment cards and eligible HSA or FSA payments. When appropriate, we may provide a superbill that patients can submit to an out-of-network plan for possible reimbursement. Please contact our office before your visit if you need help understanding your options or have concerns about payment.
