Experience has made me nervous and mistrustful of doctors. I felt none of that. I felt listened to for the first time, and everything was accurately discussed later, proving they were listening (both triage and doctor).
My one complaint was the instruction to arrive 20 minutes early for my appointment. I did so, but found myself alone in the hall staring at a locked door. I called, got a central number that said they’d help, then put on hold and never picked up.

She is seriously awesome. She actually cares about getting to the root cause of your problems and is extremely vigilant regarding tests that should be run, scans, etc. I have tried many doctors in the area and finally found the one I want to stick with!

I booked an annual physical with Erina, and she was knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. She listened carefully to what I had to say and asked great questions. I felt like I was in good hands, which I feel is rare in medical professionals these days, unfortunately. I also learned today that NPs are just as knowledgeable and qualified as doctors, and on the whole much more competent in patient care. I’m so glad I found Erina as my new PCP.

Everyone was so kind, knowledgeable, understanding, and provided great care! Scheduling an appointment was really easy and when I arrived the check in process and wait time were really quick. super nice! was clear and right to the point cared a lot about the risks and good things about medication. she is a fantastic listener and really cares about your health. she takes in account you age and she is just fabulous!!
and my goodness the guy who took my blood was a dang Ninja, found the vein and I felt nothing at all! super awesome and kind!
the front desk lady was so super sweet explained everything and was just so patient and kind hearted! everything was quick and easy!
the other women who walked me in the back was also super sweet and kind!! she was so professional and everything got done asap!
the whole office was fantastic and even though I am 30 mins away it will be worth the trip and take them as my primary!

Recently had a pap smear done at this office and will be coming back for primary care as well. Erina is a great NP and made me feel comfortable during this extremely uncomfortable appointment. She also took the time to listen to my concerns which I always find to be lacking in some clinic settings. The staff is very friendly and the nurse working that day was very patient and accommodating while I tried to figure out if my insurance paid for a service. There is also designated parking at this location which is a plus since it's located in the city.

I came in needing a refill for anti depressants and Erina was so kind and nice and really wanted to get to know me and my symptoms and make sure I was on the right dose and medication. They were incredibly quick and so helpful! I have never been checked in and seen so quickly at any office. I didn’t see other patients there at the time, but the staff was prompt and immediate throughout my appointment. Dr. Herron is an absolute pleasure and extremely kind. She’s personable, intelligent, and makes sure that she has everything right and all of your concerns are addressed. I’ve seen multiple primary care providers in the DC/NOVA area and she’s by far the best!

It was an excellent experience with Erina Herron. She was kind, warm, caring, and I felt really looked after. She listened to all of my concerns, and answered all my questions(some of them basic), without any judgment. The most important thing is that I felt listened to, and I could share some of the concerns I had about my health, and that she was able to give me great answers and guidance.
At the end, I felt that I was in great hands. I will be sticking with this practice for my future health needs, as I feel that I have found a primary care service that I feel great about. I highly, highly recommend that you see Erina Herron for your medical needs, especially an annual physical. She even gave me a list of specialists for my dermatology needs at the end, which was great!

Such a friendly and welcoming environment. Dr. Herron was kind and very accommodating with my fussy 1 year old who I had to bring to my appointment. Will definitely come back even though it’s a bit of a drive. Heads up- you do have to pay for parking here.
