Nice but inattentive. Never once did I get the impression that Dr. Mallet reviewed my charts/notes before seeing me on my many visits to his office. One follow up in particular was a complete waste of time, given that he did not remember the purpose of the followup was to get blood work done, something the office was not equipped to do in-house yet did not seem to be taken into consideration when planning for said follow up. After getting the blood work done separately, and after many attempts at getting in touch with Dr. Mallet, I was informed that the wrong tests had been done and I would once more need to coordinate follow ups. My recommendation is that Dr. Mallet make more of a concerted effort to track the progress of someone's care. Great staff, though.
