My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, creating a safe space where clients feel supported while working toward meaningful change. I focus on helping clients understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors through evidence-based strategies that build insight, resilience, and healthy coping skills. My goal is to empower each person to heal from within, strengthen self-awareness, and create lasting balance in their mental and emotional well-being.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Clients can expect the first session to be a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where they feel comfortable sharing their concerns, experiences, and goals at their own pace. During this session, we will explore current challenges, mental health history, strengths, and any areas of life they would like to improve while identifying clear and realistic treatment goals together. By the end of the visit, clients can expect to leave with greater clarity, an initial plan for support, and a sense of hope that healing and progress are possible.
