Happy to work with individuals seeking help with mental health and or addiction issues. I work with you to find the most impactful approach towards wellbeing, with the highest quality of life possible. Medication is not a one and done answer and requires adjustments, as well as supportive therapy for treatment of most disorders. It is a delicate combination of approaches while considering patient preferences and concerns that makes psychiatry an art. I will do my best to create an effective treatment plan with you.
I've worked in psychiatry and addiction for over 10 years. I educate myself regarding new medications with continuous exposure best evidence-based practices for treating mental health.
I ascribe to a judgment free space for you to share your experiences and have an abundance of life experiences myself, allowing me to identify with many of the challenges you face. I have trauma, abandonment, loss, addiction and mental health history that allows me a unique perspective. I am a thriver, not survivor. I believe everything happens for a reason.
