the only criticism I have is that she sometimes forgets exactly what the prescribed medications are and the regimen- thought I think that's pretty easy mistake considering the number of patients and number of medications to keep track of- were all only human after all

Getting to know Estelle Webster
I believe in a collaborative approach to care, walking alongside patients rather than ahead of them. Through a supportive and nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship, medication decisions are made together to ensure the best possible outcomes. With a foundation in radical acceptance, I meet each patient where they are, fostering a space of understanding and empowerment.
For those seeking to take control of their emotional health, inquiries are welcome. Addiction treatment includes routine toxicology and medication compliance testing. All inquiries will be responded to in a timely manner.
What should a new client know about working with you?
If you struggle with addiction, depression, intrusive thoughts, or anxiety and social awkwardness, I can help. Do you find yourself afraid to do the things you did prior to COVID isolation? Perhaps you struggle with addiction combined with mental illness, not knowing which came first? Addiction is a response to trauma. Together, we can, uncover your true potential by creating a new narrative and discovering your true self.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
1) Schedule Your Appointment by selecting your preferred date and time.
2) You will receive an email invitation to set up your Charm PHR Portal. This portal allows you to complete necessary paperwork, access appointment details, and communicate with your provider.
3) After logging into the Charm PHR, you’ll find your intake paperwork under questionnaires. Please complete these forms as soon as possible to ensure a smooth first visit.
4) Set Up Your Headway Account (If applicable). You will receive a sign-up email from Headway. This is used for billing and insurance purposes. Follow the instructions to verify your account.
5) Once your intake paperwork is submitted, you will receive additional clinical assessments to complete before your appointment.
6) After all forms and assessments are completed, you’re all set for your first visit!
