Esther Camilus has a great passion for helping others. She began her nursing career in 2004 working at JFK Medical Center as a Nurse Associate. During this time, she obtained her RN from Palm Beach State College. Over two decades of working as an RN with mental health patients, she developed a strong passion for mental health. To further her expertise, she pursued a Master of Science in Nursing at Walden University, earning her degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing in 2021. Esther has devoted her life to helping others both locally and abroad. She travels to Haiti every year on a mission trip with other healthcare providers, where they offer free medical care and support to those truly in need. While she enjoys serving patients of all ages, Esther specializes in various mental health conditions, including ADHD, Depression, Anxiety Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Personality Disorders, and other mental health challenges. Her goal is to help patients improve and develop a healthier quality of life through evidence-based treatments tailored to each patient's unique needs. Esther has a distinctive way of connecting with individuals and the ability to understand patients' concerns, meeting them where they are. A devoted Christian, Esther loves spending time with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys traveling and attending her daughters' color guard and band events. Although many stigmas still surround mental illness, she believes more must be done to raise awareness about mental health. As Shonda Rhimes said, ?You are not alone. You are seen. I am with you. Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
