I waited about 40 minutes past my appointment time before being seen. During check-in and intake, my name was repeatedly stated incorrectly, and one of my medications was referred to as something entirely different. This occurred during the initial intake by the assistant who brought me into the room and reviewed my history. While the provider interaction itself was fine, the intake process felt disorganized and made me uncomfortable about accuracy and attention to detail.

Esther Chong was great. She diagnosed my rash immediately and prescribed me a cream that right away started working. She was knowledgeable and kind. She even gave me some samples that have been helping as well! I definitely recommend her!

She knows her stuff. The moment I walked in I was greeted kindly. The front desk ladies were very helpful and so was the medical assistant. She gave me a good knowledge with what’s going on with my body. I will definitely come back here again.

They have ONE provider working the entire day which isn’t even the problem. The problem is that they have ONE provider scheduling about 4 people within one hour, but spending about 30 or more minutes with each patient. Math is not adding up right? Yes what I’m saying is that I’ve literally been waiting to be seen for an hour and still have another patient that’s waiting to be seen before me. Ridiculous.
