I have nothing against the doctor. Zocdoc is the problem. Zocdoc led me to believe that I had an appointment with this doctor, but when I showed up, the receptionist had no record of my appointment. This is disastrous. Zocdoc should not lead me on and send me emails about my appointment being “confirmed” if the doctor had not even been notified of my appointment.
