We offer services for adults with a wide range of mental health conditions, including Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Depression, Insomnia, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Panic Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, Personality Disorders, Schizophrenia, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Eating Disorders.
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner licensed in California and Texas, with a Master's in Psychiatric Nursing from Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science and 2 years of experience providing mental health services via Telehealth. We offer initial psychiatric diagnostic evaluations, ongoing psychiatric medication management, patient and family education about the psychiatric process, and other ancillary services. To provide comprehensive care, we collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, psychotherapists, social workers, and other mental health professionals. Above all, we strictly follow HIPAA and professional guidelines to protect client confidentiality.
We will work with you to achieve optimal mental health through a patient-centered approach grounded in empathy, compassion, patience, and equity. We tailor our treatment plans to fit each patient's unique needs. Wherever you are in your mental health journey, we will meet you there.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
