“The office is very clean and welcoming. I went early in the morning and there were 1-2 patients there. The process was very quick, and I was seen within 15 minutes of checking in. Dr. Quan listened to my concerns and evaluated the issues, providing immediate diagnosis and treatment options, and she discussed my options with me to find one I could comfortably follow. This visit was such a reassurance since the previous provider I had seen for the same issue had brushed me off, which led to my condition worsening. Hopefully this treatment plan will help!”

Doctor did not offer me a gown when i was asked to take off my shirt for and exam with a man in the room present. I felt rushed, like a number not a person. My condition was not addressed figured out what was going on from chat gpt because she didnt care or respect my time or health

I came in for a consult and the doctor didn't give off very welcoming. She did ask about my concerns but she didn't do any thorough skin assessment. Very blunt which I did not like because I came in there for my first ever appointment. It was like I was wasting her time...

Dr. Quan was really professional and was helpful in identifying potential eczema issues. She went over options with me and gave me hope that a new ointment could potentially solve the issue but reassured me that there were other options (even if it's not the easiest or most ideal) to tackle the issue

Very pleasantly surprised. Starting with the front desk, I received a warm welcome. Although I had to fill out a questionnaire when I arrived and I would have preferred a link that would have allowed the opportunity to complete it's before I arrived, it was not taxing to do. Upon completing that form I was called in by the medical assistant, Noah. He was friendly, reassuring and interested in why I was at this appointment. Soon after Dr Quan came in. Like Noah, she was very friendly and welcoming. She knew why I was there, and asked many pertinent questions. I was pleased with my experience because she seemed truly interested in what I was going through and listened to carefully. I am looking forward to my follow-up visits with her. A gem.

Dr. Quan was exactly what every doctor should be -- attentive, patient and kind. She asked me a lot of questions to help rule out potential reasons for my skin issues and gave me a clear plan once she was able to narrow it down. Still within her medical judgement & expertise, she acted based on what my medical goals were. I felt listened to and taken care of by her and her staff.
