The staff was very friendly, which was nice. However, I was seen by the actual doctor for maybe 5 minutes total and didn’t feel heard when discussing my situation (I wasn’t really asked any questions about where it may have stemmed from, they just kind of jumped to a conclusion). My symptoms then progressed drastically in the following days (while on the prescribed medication) and I got no help from them, so I saw another doctor a few days later and we got to the bottom of my situation after a single visit. I’m sure they are bombarded with patients calling with questions and concerns, so I understand why they can’t devote too much time to each individual, but I truly feel my symptoms would have continued to progress further if I didn’t see another doctor and get the correct diagnosis, and I just wish they would’ve been more thorough in the initial visit.
