The beauty of the human body goes far beyond aesthetics in being functional. Healthy skin is the beautiful skin, thin waist is the indicator that fat deposits haven't invaded the organs, the good posture provides not only ease and flexibility of movements, but also better functioning of the nervous system. The benefits of beauty are numerous. Its connection to good health too obvious to Dr.Galstian. Didn’t need to see the actual doctor but the nurse that helped me drew blood and let the needle fall out of my arm. Then had to draw blood again to finish. It wasn’t working so applied more pressure and itwas extremely uncomfortable. Not a good day. I was bleeding and it actually stained my shirt. :(

There was not any privacy in the waiting area or at the reception desk. When I asked where the restroom was I was handed a urine sample cup without having previously been told I would need to provide a sample. WhenI came back to the waiting area after my exam the receptionist asked about doing a follow up appointment for a pap smear, which I didn't feel was the business of the other patients waiting to be seen. The nurse was nice but did not introduce herself to me. Dr. Galstian provided good medical advice and guidance but I would not recommend this practice for primary care.

I did not have a pleasant experience visiting Dr. Eva Galstian. The nurses were not friendly and personable. Also, I felt very disrespected with the lack of communication and coldness, especially when they did not knock on my door when Iwas changing. The nurse did not even explain the medical examinations during my yearly check-up. Most importantly, the doctor was belittling me when I asked her advice on improving my diet. She even went to comment that I could not gain anymore weight and suggested that oatmeal is a bad breakfast. I don't think the doctor is acting in the interest of the patients, therefore, I would not recommend Dr. Galstian.

It was pretty awful. She took no time to learn about me and basically made assumptions about my lifestyle the entire time. She was extremely disinterested and repeatedly tried to rush me out, even though the waiting room was not full. I would not reccomend.

I never received a call or letter about my blood work results. I got bill for a lab work but never received a result. I was also told that’s a blood wasn’t done on my wife but the bill was formy wife and I. In a doctors office you should always call your patient to discuss their test results or at least send a letter. My experience wasn’t even under the okay segment. It was the worst doctors visit I had ever experienced. They need better customer service and a doctor that’s actually wants a relationships with their patient

It was great, virtually no wait time to get in a room. The PA’s were quick with the vitals, and taking blood. Doctor was in shortly after PA’s left.

The wait time was slightly longer than expected but I attribute that to the amountof time Dr. Galstian spends listening to the concerns of her patients, I genuinely appreciated that!

What a fantastic experience! Kind, swift, efficient staff who took excellent care of me, and quickly. They were great about explaining any costs associated with the visit related to my insurance in advance, which I appreciated. I was therefor travel vaccinations, and found the doctor so knowledgeable and helpful in sharing information and tips for being safe when I go. Definitely coming back here for any and all needs they cover.

I went for a regular annual physical, and was pretty nervous because I haven't been in awhile. Once I was in the room, the nurse was so great and helpful and friendly, and made me feel very comfortable. She was veryquick and efficient, so everything went by pretty quickly. Once Dr. Galstian got in the room, she was very quick and to the point as well. I really appreciated how quick but thorough they were, and how nice everyone was. I'd really recommend this office, they make you feel listened to and comfortable.

I love Dr. Galstian, i went to see her for jaw pain . She is very knowledgeable and caring. She ended up referring me to specialist for a mouth guard. At first I didn’t want to, it’s uncomfortable for me andI forget. She really stressed it said it would avoid further teeth damage. I’ve suffered from grinding ever since the removal of my wisdom teeth. It’s been an agonizing 10 years , changing dentist seeing specialist and now face and jaw pain. She prescribe me Motrin for the inflammation and recommend tiger balm for the muscle tension. She explain It needs to be a regimen, and also I need to see tmj therapist. She was really thorough and super helpful. She made me feel like ...you got this. Thank you

I made an appointment because I was interested in getting an IUD. When I mentioned birth control, she immediately prescribed me a daily pill (which I knew I wouldn’t be good at) without letting me get a word in or discussingmy options. She ran a “routine” PAP and STD testing. The bill for which I was later charged significantly more than what I was expecting, as I had asked to be sure the tests were covered by my insurance. In order to find out what was wrong I had to call both my insurance and the doctors office multiple times. I was eventually told I had to do a three way call between myself, a specific billing person at the office (there’s only one person who does this I guess), and an insurance agent after 3:00pm but before 5:00pm. It was a NIGHTMARE. All this to find out that the office filed it under the wrong category of insurance? I’m still trying to sort this out. It’s been giving me grief for an entire year. Going through this insurance purgatory has made me avoid doctors in general for fear of surprise billing three months after services are rendered.
