She really took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything in a clear and thorough way, which I truly appreciated. I was a bit nervous going into the appointment, but she immediately reassured me and made me feel at ease. Her professionalism, combined with her warm and approachable manner, made the entire visit so much more comfortable. It’s not always easy to find a doctor who is both highly informative and genuinely compassionate, but Dr. Santiago was exactly that. I left the appointment feeling confident, cared for, and very grateful.
