About Evan Coveney

Hello! My name is Evan and I am a registered dietitian with a passion for client counseling. My philosophy is that the client is the expert. This means we move at your pace towards your goals. My role is to support you, offering guidance and expertise in nutrition when necessary. I want to be there every step of the way and am all about offering informed and collaborative care, celebrating the small victories, and acknowledging the difficulties. The second part of my philosophy is that we must work together to unlearn some of the harmful myths about food and our bodies. My only goal is to enable clients to find sustainable behaviors that allow them to feel free and to be present in their body. I am motivated by seeing my clients learn more about themselves and their relationship to food and nutrition. Outside of my work I like to read, try new restaurants with friends, and listen to music on a walk.
