Evangelina DiSpirito, MS, RDN, LDN, RYT-500, is a compassionate Registered Dietitian Nutritionist dedicated to helping individuals restore balance, energy, and confidence through personalized nutrition care. With over 15 years of experience, Evangelina specializes in women’s health, digestive and heart health, diabetes, weight management, eating disorders, and POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome). She integrates evidence-based nutrition therapy with functional and mindful approaches to support gut health, hormonal balance, and nervous system regulation.
