Evangeline earned her Master's in Nursing from Keiser University, which has equipped her with the advanced skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care.
Caring Heart FNP works collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver optimum care to patients in Palm Coast, Flagler Beach, and Daytona Beach. We also extend our affordable healthcare services to Florida patients through Telehealth.

Amazing and extremely professional experience. Waited no less than 5 minutes before being seen, had a thought examination and left with everything I needed to get the care I needed. No wait, clean facility and an extremely professional exam. All covered by my insurance. Highly recommend

Very happy with my new primary care Dr!! She spent time with me to get to know me and had great advise for me on staying healthy and treating a minor case of tendinitis in my elbow. She seems to be a very caring provider and I look forward to continuing my care wtih her. This office is a huge difference in the care I receive in St Augustine. I will be sharing with my neighbors for sure! The office staff were very welcoming and a pleasure, Thanks!
