About Evelyn Stein

No problems with the provider herself, and the practice is wonderful most of the time. When I came in after booking on zoc doc the provider had not finished her training for the service request and there was confusion. A well meaning staff member attempted to switch the appointment to a skin care visit which is not necessary. I had even called after scheduling to make sure the appointment and services could be provided and I was assured. Absolutely not Edith's responsibility, it is a website correction that needs to be done by the practice admin team. I felt bad but also missed a friend visit from out of town in the process. They need to fix their website and double check on new procedures before offering it.
