arrived at 9:45, while there - appt was rescheduled to 10:30. finally got to a room, and answered questions. Was told someone would be with me shortly. i was there for over two hours. only when i was walking out, did someone agree to see me. She obviously did not read my chart or know what was going on as I had to re - explain everything. I needed my arm to be looked at- xray- in addition for the other reason i was there. It never happened. I understand being busy- but I should have been notified, so I could get help elsewhere. At the very least, check on the patients while they are waiting so long.

I was placed in an exam room and vitals taken. I then waited for over an hour and nobody came in. I had to go to the front desk to say that Ii had been forgotten.

Got there and they had my check in paperwork ready. Staff was very professional and friendly, wait was very short and was in an exam room within minutes. Staff was very thorough and attentive in listening to symptoms and prescribing treatment. Great experience will be going back next time I'm not felling my best.

I did not like the way the app worked. It did not let you finish all the answers. Like I had a 1pm appointment but when I went to check in at the desk the lady said did not have appointment. So I had to make another appointment at the desk. I had to be back at 2pm. I went back home for 1 hour and 1/2 minutes to go back. I did not like that at all. And the lady at front desk she looked like she was mad at something or she did not want to be there and this was on a Saturday. Not happy with this .
