My passion is helping people with mental illnesses such as major depressive disorder, anxiety disorder, bipolar disorder, ADD, ADHD, and schizophrenia. I diagnose mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders and treat them with a patient-centered approach. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I conduct psychiatric evaluations, prescribe appropriate drug regimens and treatments, and discontinue unnecessary medications and therapies. I order and review labs or diagnostic tests to guide treatment plans and follow up with my patients to evaluate their overall condition. I accurately document all patient care measures and observations. Through my experience, I have developed a strong ability to build therapeutic relationships with patients and their families, excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills, and a great capacity to thrive in complex or challenging environments.
